The Holy Metropolis of Patras and the Church of Saint Andrew of Patras announce the schedule of services for Holy and Great Week 2026.
During this sacred and solemn period, from Palm Sunday through Easter Sunday, all services will be celebrated according to the Orthodox tradition at both the Old and the New Church of Saint Andrew in Patras.
Special emphasis is given to:
- the Bridegroom Services
- the Holy Unction
- the Service of the Holy Passion
- the Deposition from the Cross and the Lamentations at the Tomb
- the Resurrection of Christ
The services culminate in the joyful celebration of the Resurrection Divine Liturgy and the Vespers of Love.
The faithful are invited to participate prayerfully in these sacred services and experience the profound spiritual meaning of Christ’s Passion and Resurrection.
